Duane has over 25 years of experience in the hot tub industry. He specializes in component diagnostics including circuit boards, control systems, sensors and jet pump rebuilds. He is an expert in water care, maintenance as well as assessments. Some of his favorite hobbies are fishing, boating, and camping.

Susie has a background in marketing, sales, social media and public relations. Over the years, she has worked in the hospitality industry as well as property management. She is a member of the All 50 States Club and and has visited 18 countries. She loves spending time outdoors, gardening, and her favorite hobby is photography.  

They currently live in the Raleigh area with their Golden Shepard Colt and Maine Coon Jack. When they have free time they both love to explore just about anywhere!
